I finally got a chance to watch the most talked about movie this quarter..  Twilight. First time I ever saw this movie's movie trailer was when I was in Burnaby... Ithought to myself 'I'm going to watch that' but I never got a chance to do that...

I missed it in the cinemas.. but I finally got to see it with the help of bitorrent. :), oh the treats of technology (proxy sites).. you got to love it.. :) that includes, redtube, xhamster and tube8... SPANKWIRE!

Anyway, Twilight is a young-adult vampire-romance novel written by author Stephenie Meyer. It was originally published in 2005 in hardback. It is the first book of the Twilight series, and introduces seventeen-year-old Isabella "Bella" Swan who moves from Phoenix, Arizona, to Forks, Washington, and finds her life in danger when she falls in love with a vampire, Edward Cullen. The novel is followed by New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn.

Another movie that we saw on the day after "MOnster in Law" (or was it the same day?) was The Notebook... My wife already saw it, and she insisted that I watch it too.. so I did..

The movie starts off with an old man in a nursing home reading a story to an old woman each day with tons of debts. The story he reads is about two young lovers named Allie Hamilton and Noah Calhoun. They met one evening at a carnival many years ago. Although Allie refuses Noah's request to go on a date at first, she changes her mind after a double date with her friend. After that, they spent the whole summer together. Allie's parents disapproved of this and separate Noah and Allie because of Noah's lack of wealth. After waiting for Noah to write to her for several years, Allie meets and becomes engaged to a handsome young soldier named Lon.
